Problem with ulink2

Hi, I'm using keil Ulink2 to program an Infineon XE167 but the flashing programmation is very very slow!
With the old Ulink I haven't this problem.

I set the Jtag frequency on 10MHz but it's still very slow.

Any suggestion??
