Cannot copy example

I've installed MSP432Ware to my uVision 5.20.0.0.
When I try to copy an example I get an error:

Cannot copy example: Cannot find source folder: C:\Keil_v5\ARM\PACK\TexasInstruments\MSP432Ware\3.40.00.25\examples\boards
\MSP-EXP432P401R\MSP-EXP432P401R_Software_Examples\Firmware\Source
\BOOSTXL-EDUMKII_Accelerometer_MSP432P401R\CCS
\BOOSTXL-EDUMKII_Accelerometer_MSP432P401R.projectspec\

The last line represents a file and does exist. Don't know why there is a trailing backslash.

Recommendations for resolving the error?

Dropped MSP432Ware 3.40 and installed 3.50
Same behavior, path to existing file object has trailing backslash.
This problem seems specific to the examples beginning BOOSTXL*.

Same behavior, path to existing file object has trailing backslash.
This problem seems specific to the examples beginning BOOSTXL*.
