Hello, I've got a problem with the asynchronous interface of the XC161CJ. The ASC0 and the ASC1 are parametrized similar but only the ASC0 works in the correct way. On receiving data, the ASC1 interface generates no interrupt request, neither Receive nor Error Int. The pin registers (P3, DP3, ALTSEL0P3) are parametrized according to DAvE's output and the interface is enabled in the SCU. Can anybody help me who was already faced with this problem? Thanks a lot Alex Bayer
Hi Alex, please have a look at thread2953, were we have discussed some possible reasons for this behaviour. Hope this helps. Stefan
Thanks for your answer, but the informations in this thread(s) didn't help me because i already tried this options.
Hi Alex, please send me your project files, including DAvE and µV2 settings. I will help you. Stefan
Sorry ! Mail account is stefan_fricke@rutronik.com
Thank you for this offer but i've found the Problem: The peripherals window of my Debugger showed the wrong informations due to a software error. So i only thought that the options for the ASC1-interface are right, but they were not.
Hi Alex, thanks for this feedback. $*** happens. ;-} Sounds like the typical programmer syndrome. After 8 hours you do not see the mistakes in your code. Stefan - best regards
