keil 5 for windows 8

can the keil 5 run to windows 8?, because I have installed keil 5 to windows 8.1 but there are several problem, likes "user code template" in add new item to group "source group 1" can't be open.

    thanks for your attention and your cooperation,

    I have tried and followed your instruction, but 'user code template' consistently can't be open.
    do I have reinstall my keil program and than install it again? or how do I?

    as a notice:
    1. I am a new user ARM microcontroller and this is the first time to use keil program
    2. I want to use nuvoton NUC120RD2BN to control motors speed and to communicate with others device, likes: LCD, keypad, RTK DGPS
