error: #5: cannot open source input file "ethernetif.h": No such file or directory

Hi,
I get this error, The path is correct and also installed LwIp for TCP/IP. What esle should is do to get rid of this error. Tried various ways but failed.
I am using examples programs from STM32F4DIS-BB Software Examples. Please help ASAP.

Below is the error.

Below is the Warning:
