Flash time out for AT91sam9260 with 8MB external flash

Hi,

I am using keil 5.10, working on AT91SAM9260 based board, controller has 8MB external flash
device programming/debug is done through ATMEL-SAM-ICE.
When the program size is less than 60 KB, its downloading and I am able to debug the code,
but when the program size exceeds 70KB, I am unable to download or debug the code.
Whenever I try to download the code, always Flash Time out window pops up and aborts download
and also debug session never starts.

I have tried with new ICE also, but the behavior is same.
