I wonder about icon of files in Project windows. Especially, what's different red colored three bars in the left and non bars of icon ?

You are not using the current version of the product, however there is also a documentation that comes with the product (and this contains a similar page that explains the old icons).
Use Help - uVision Help to open this documentation.
The icons have been changed lately. The icon with the 3 red dots on the left indicates: the item (in this case a file) has specific options settings.

Especially when they are old versions!
