Anyone know how to access or install the Keil ARM Compiler Extensions 1.0.0 Software Pack which was announced in the Keil Information Update - March 2015? It doesn't seem to be available through the pack installer or uVision updates.
To anyone else vexed by this issue, I finally found the Compile software component by invoking the Pack Installer and not selecting the target processor for my current project (as I normally do to select components germane to that target). By not selecting a target, I see the Keil:ARM_Compiler selection among the packs for all devices.
If you select a device on the right hand side in the Pack Installer, you preselect the packs that can be used for this device on the left hand side. I fully agree with you that the Compiler Pack should be listed in this case as well. I have forwarded this info to our engineering.
If you want to have a direct link to download the compiler pack, you can go to http://www.keil.com/dd2/pack/ and search for 'Keil ARM Compiler extensions' in your browser. When you expand this section, you see a 'Download' button. After downloading the *.pack file you can double click on it to start the Pack Installer or you can drag and drop it to the Pack Installer window.
