Students cheating on their final-year projects? Things missing down the back of the sofa?

The "missing" floating-point library may well not be a problem as such; it is a stated limitation of the Evaluation tools - so you wouldn't see it if you have full licence. You also wouldn't see it if you don't use floating-point!
