Have you looked behind the sofa? It's where a lot of things that go missing get found.
Err... doesn't the SiLabs IDE use Keil?!
Another option, of course, is just don't use floating point! Most tasks applicable to an 8051-class processor can be achieved without it...

The "missing" floating-point library may well not be a problem as such; it is a stated limitation of the Evaluation tools - so you wouldn't see it if you have full licence. You also wouldn't see it if you don't use floating-point!
