Hi,

Can any one please let me know what tools(hardware and software) are available for In Circuit Programming of P89LPC952.

Looks to me like you'd need a PROM/Universal Programmer.
No, some LPC9xx can be programmed directly using FlashMagic (free from esacademy.com) some need an 'interface board', Keil has one called MSP9xx (I do not remember the two last digits, look it up. Anyhow all info needed will be at the FlashMagic forum
