Installation Drivers ULINK2 on Windows 7 64bit fails

Hello,

good morning everyone!

I used Keil IDE for a long time with the ulink2 debugger. Going to another plattform for some years i wanted to go back to KEIL. For the new project i tried to install the new MDK-ARM 5.10. Installation seem to be ok, but going to the debugging Settings to the ULINK2 the dialog crashed till i Disconnect the ULINK2. I took a look in the knowlegde Base and found out, that the KeilUL.sys is not installed to the directory C:\windows\system\drivers. Install Drivers run with Admin Privileges. In the Windows Device Manager it is shown as Human Interface Device but not using the KeilUL.sys Library.

Anay Ideas?
