How to save contents of 12-bit ADC in a text file and read them later in keil µvision?

Good day everyone,

I am programming stm32L152 eval in keil µvision and I am trying to save the acquired 12-bit ADC digital values in hexadecimal format in a text file or any file. Later, I have to read the data from this file and compare with the newly generated ADC values.

Any suggestions would be of great help!
