ADUC842/843 BAUD RATE & SUPPLY

I am using ADUC842/ADUC843 controller.Baud rate i need is 460800.

How to achieve this baud rate?

Also i want to know the difference between ADUC842/ADUC843 5V AND ADUC842/ADUC843 3V ....
