PIN Compatible Microcontroller

Hi All,
I have 3 microcontrollers currently using for the present project:

1) AT89S52 - 40 PIN DPIP
2) AT89C55WD - 40 PIN DPIP
3) P89V51RD2FA - 40 PIN DPIP

Non of them I think will support JTAG for debugging.

Is there any pin compatible microcontroller of the same family available with JTAG facility?

    none that I can think of

    JTAG debug is recent, DIP40 is ancient.
