On the XC822 page [1] is said, that the Ulink2 can be used to debug an Infineon XC822.
How to connect the XC822 to the Ulink2? I have found no information about that on the internet.
Thanks Peter

Peter; Here is the terrible URL for the EasyKit XC822 from Infineon. Keil has an example using the Infineon JTAG driver under //..C51/examples/infineon/xc822..
I'm not sure just what problems you have. Do you have a target board? Does it implement the JTAG connections? Note the JTAG is a mini connector on the EasyKit.
The EasyKit CD has the board layout and schematic for the JTAG connections. The data sheet identifies the electrical pin out.

Thanks for reply.
I have this kit:
The XC822 is located on the board with the potentiometer. There is one connector (Debug). The connector is associated with the following signal names:
3V3 P1.0 GND RESET
How can I connect the Ulink2 to this Interface?
Thank Peter
Al's link shows a development board with this processor. And there is a link for downloading the support CD for that board. Have you downloaded that CD and checked if there is any schematics for the board?
@Per Unfortunately the download link doesn't work.
Then you basically have two options.
Use the support link on this forum and ask Keil.
Or use the support link on the Infineon page and ask where to find the linked documentation.
