Keil cannot recognize STM32F050C6

Hi,

I have built a board with STM32F050C6, it was ok to link to Keil uVision via STLINK/V2 two days ago. However, Keil uVision cannot recognize the target device now. I tried to link other boards via STLINK, and it has no problem, so it is not the STLINK/USB driver problem; and I can program with this target board via STLINK/V2 with STLINK Utility. Anybody has similar experience like this? I am in urgent debugging my board, pls kindly advise!
