i wrote in wrong place

hi to all
i want config arm in pwm mode:
1)how programing arm in first program(via I2c or no?)?
2)how write data on eeprom arm for config pwm mode?
hardware:SPK14672
software:c compailer

As I know:

1:through Jtage or ISP port ,download the hex to chips.
2:using IIC interface,

through JTAG only if it has JTAG
through ISP port only if it is an ISP chip
