intrinsic _bfld_ error

I am using PK166 V7.04 and an Infineon XE167G CPU. When I try to use the _bfld_() intrinsic I get the following error message during compilation.

Source\main_cmc300.c(32): error C167: intrinsic '_bfld_': declaration/activation error

Why do I get this message? Is there a way to use the BFLD instructions of this CPU?
