I am developing ethernet driver for ARM7(LPC2368) microcontroller using keil micro vision 3. I am sending an ARP request frame from the microcontroller. How do I check if the ARP request frame has been successfully generated and sent?? Thanks for your help.
Wouldn't a network sniffer program be suitable for listening to what your board has sent? What would you do if you wanted to know what a PC has sent out? Is there a difference?
Please suggest some network sniffer programs. Also, I am new to ethernet so I don't know how to check packet status from the PC while PC transmits. Thank you for your help and time.
