Pardon me, it is not well.
1.Use ARM U23 & I2C clock.
2.SGK is set.
3.Like topic:When power is on or the soft is run then How can i let the SCL or SDA set to high?

this is a recurring problem it would be nice if a change of 'Toolset' in a subsequent post would be reflected in the index.
