Like what topic? You haven't specified any topic. Your summary does not give a summary of your problem.
And your message doesn't contain a description of your problem.
You haven't even mentioned what processor you are using.
But if you do implement I2C - most ARM processors have sample code for I2C available somewhere out there on the net - then the processor will (if it supports I2C in hardware) handle the I2C signals.
Note that depending on processor, you may need to add external pull-up resistors.

So why did you choose C51 as your toolset/architecture?! this is a recurring problem it would be nice if a change of 'Toolset' in a subsequent post would be reflected in the index.
