You do know that you are not discussing your problem with Keil support don't you? We are just users like you.
I do not have an answer to your problem but I suggest that you contact Keil Tech Support directly.
I do know that the GNU tools will output an ELF file but I do not know of a way to make MDK output and ELF.

OK I contact to support, but I thought it must be so simple (As simple as "selecting a format from a menu" because uVision is as user friendly as other tool-chains like I*R E*ARM).
