Not able to download .hex file for .C file

Hi,
I am using AT89C2051 controller and keilÂµvision4 Evaluation IDE. i am able to download hex file for .asm but not able to downlaod hex file for .C file. Using external programmer it shows verify failed at Byte 2, not even small toogle .C code hex file able to download.

I have tried by changing the settings in keil but no result. Did any one faced this type of issue please help me to solve this issue.
