Flash programing error

Hi,
Can anybody help me?
I have just designed my board with XC164CS microcontroller and when I program the flash memory through JTAG I get the following error:

Erasing...

Erase Done.

Programming Done.

Contents mismatch at: C00022H  (Flash=9BH  Required=08H) !


What might be the error?
If you need information of my design (hardware, software, etc) I will let you know.

    I have advanced something.
    I have seen that power supply of the core was incorrect (3V). I have put a 2,5V regulatorand now through JTAG I can program and work every program.
    Nevertheless, my employer wants to program by ASC0, but I don't get it. What migth be the problem? Are well made the connections?
