Cannot Load Flash Programming Algorithm (MCB2300 with LPC2378)

Dear All,

I have a MCB2300 with 2378... if you try download to flash memory I have this error:

No Algorithm found for: 00000000H - 00000953H
Erase skipped!
Load "C:\\Keil\\ARM\\Boards\\Keil\\MCB2300\\TEST\\TEST.AXF"
Cannot enter Debug Mode
Erase Failed!

First I have also these MessageBox :

1) Cannot Load Flash Programming Algorithm
2) Error: Flash Download Failed - ARM7TDMI

0 doubt that my ISP Al Bradford over 17 years ago

You did not say in your post but I'm assuming you are using the uLink to program your device. If this is correct, go to Target Options->Utilites Tab. Check your settings. Select the 'Add' button and select LPC2000 IAP2 512kB Flash.
I'm sure there are additional instructions in the User's Guide.
