Ulink reset through voltage supervisor

Hi everyone,
I would like connect the reset pin of the ulink adaptater through a voltage supervisor (MAX823) which have a 200ms delayed reset. Can anybody say me if the delayed reset might cause problems with sequence of JTAG debugging or .HEX file programming ?
