Banked memory - how?

I'm using Phytec KC161 eval board with mVision3.
Can someone tell how to work with banked memory in keil?

At my eval board I have 64K external RAM and 256k external FLASH. So, can I make applications without banked memory? But I have problems at simple array initializations. When the device is free running, it doesn't initialize arrays, why?

My eval board is Phytec KC-161.
