The Keil documentation says, "the watchdog oscillator's frequency is in a range between -30% and +20% of 400kHz"
This is clearly defined in the Philips (now NXP) documentation (Datasheet & User Manual). :-)
The Keil documentation goes on to say, "Fortunately, the actual frequency is very stable"
I cannot find this even mentioned - let alone properly defined - anywhere in the Datasheet or User Manual. :-(

Where did this information come from?
What exactly does, "very stable" mean? Figures? Over temperature?

Do you have a specific NXP/Philips document reference?
Their PIP (product info page) didn't show anything that sounded useful. :-(
This looks like it:
AN10167: Autocalibration of internal low power oscillator for clocking the UART www.nxp.com/.../AN10167_1.pdf
:-)
and it isn't mentioned on the Product Info Page: www.nxp.com/.../P89LPC932A1FA.html
:-(
And it doesn't tell you where the information comes from.
