Keil LPC932 Example: Watchdog Calibration

http://www.keil.com/download/docs/209.asp

The Keil documentation says,
"the watchdog oscillator's frequency is in a range between -30% and +20% of 400kHz"

This is clearly defined in the Philips (now NXP) documentation (Datasheet & User Manual).
:-)

The Keil documentation goes on to say,
"Fortunately, the actual frequency is very stable"

I cannot find this even mentioned - let alone properly defined - anywhere in the Datasheet or User Manual.
:-(

Where did this information come from?

What exactly does, "very stable" mean?
Figures?
Over temperature?
