Hi I have been trying to set Compare Mode 1 in the CAPCOM1 Channel 0 and 1, unfortunately it wouldn't let me. I am aware that it is disabled because the pin is used alternate input the chip select (CSO_n) but the problem is I don't know how to do it. So I would be very grateful if you give me instruction to disable alternate input and enable channel 0 and 1 running in compare mode 1. I look forward to hear from you asap Arron
Hi Arron, I am familiar with the MAC. But perhaps your filter is already done for you. You can go to the Infineon Web site and download a DSP library for Keil (with source code). Check it out and if you have problems make another post. http://www.infineon.com/microcontrollers then click on "Development Tools and Software" -> "C166/XC166 Development Tools and Software" -> "Software Downloads". Then you will find a manual and code (library and source) for Keil XC166 DSP. -Chris
Hmmm Im using XC161 microcontroller chip so I assume it should not be a problem apart from different architecture. AJ
There is no difference; the XC166 is the family name which the XC161 is part of. We are speaking about the core with integrated MAC (same instruction set for all XC16x devices).
