Data from hyper terminal to S1IN

is there any way by which i can send the output of hyper terminal to S1IN(vtreg)?

    ...i want to send data from hyperterminal to UVision2 program, so that it is taken into into S1IN. u r sayin that i use a crossover cable...but wat is the setting in UV2 tat i will hav to do so tat the data is taken into S1IN(after puttin the crosover cable in place)?...
