Hi all, I need a help urgently here. I am currently doing the RF transmitter and receiver project. Whenever the receiver is detecting the range from the trasnmitter is at certain range, an alarm would be trigger on. I am using the Easy radio transmitter and receiver ER900TS and ER900RS. The problem now is i dont know how to get started to write the C codes for them to communicate. Hope you guys can reply soon. Thanks.
"However, there is no clear explaination on how to write the command to set the baud rate and ect to the module." For questions about the modules, you need to contact the module manufacturer - it's not a question about Keil products, is it? http://www.keil.com/forum/
"I am using the Easy radio transmitter and receiver ER900TS and ER900RS." Do you mean these: http://www.lprs.co.uk/about/index.php?language_id=1 "The problem now is i dont know how to get started to write the C codes for them to communicate." Looks like you need to follow their advice, then: "We strongly recommend that the first step to take, once you have decided that an "easy-Radio" solution looks suitable for your application, is to visit our on-line store and purchase the appropriate evaluation kit. They are all less than £100/Euro 150 These contain all that is required to test and set up the ER modules to the spec you need. You can "play" with the settings for frequency, data and power etc. It will save you hours building and testing a bread-board time and you will have a radio link operating in minutes. We got this quote from an engineer who bought a kit recently, "It took us 8 minutes to evaluate "easy-Radio" and most of the the time was spent drinking tea!" We have seen projects go from kit to production in under 2 months." The datasheet is: http://www.lprs.co.uk/main/viewdatasheet.php?product_id=155&datasheetref=151 The configuration commands are litsted in the table that starts on p16 The support page is: http://www.lprs.co.uk/faqs/index.php There is software there to program the modules
Thanks for the reply and sorry if i was entering the wrong forum. I really need some help on that.I dont have enough budget to buy the full evaluation kits. I using microcontroller to control both units. My doubt is that the Er commands that stated in the datasheets is it the same command lines that needed to assert in the programs to communicate btw 2 modules? Or is it just references? then, we can set them manually using microcontroller UART programs? Thanks

I am using Atmel 89C52. The 2 modules i meant is transmitter ER900TS, and receiver ER900RS from easy radio.
"The 2 modules i meant is transmitter ER900TS, and receiver ER900RS from easy radio." They are not "from" Easy Radio - that is their brand name. They are "from" LPRS; Low Power Radio Solutions Limited: http://www.lprs.co.uk/about/index.php?language_id=1 For specific questions about their products, you need to contact LPRS. Contact details are on their web site: http://www.lprs.co.uk/faqs/support.php If you bought through a local distributor, you should try their support first.
