device database deficiency

I set the dot in the device database for 2 UARTs and, basically, every '51 chip came up which, of course, means that 1 UART was enuf to show when 2 UARTs was selected.

  • Thanks, I'll look again.

The Keil database is the best and such fast response is greatly appreciated.

    One suggestion:
It would be nice to have selections for "kitchen sink" "RF circuitry on chip" "on board FPGA" etc. I can easily see that would make the selection page enormous and needing frequent updates. Thus how about another selection called something like "chips with VERY unusual features that does not fit the mold". That way, if I were looking for a derivative with a kitchen sink, I could reduce the number of chips to examine to, say, 20 and look at them individually.
