When evaluating tools from various manufacturers I always come up with a question I am fairly certain the "level 1" support person can not handle. I then ask that question to all vendors being evaluated and the responses have an enormous impact on my choice. I doubt anyone ever will find a perfect, bug free tool, and no vendor will have a perfect manual, and finally; you, yourself is not perfect. Thus what happens when you have a problem should be a major factor in your decision. Erik
