my question is that

i want to do a project " embeded web server using 8051 microcontroller(AT89c51)",i need help. is there any ethernet chip availble instead of eisa card for NIC interfacing.i need help in this regard?

Do you have to use the Atmel part? There are a number of 8051 microcontrollers with integrated 10/100 Ethernet controllers -- for example, the Dallas Semiconductor DS80C400 series.
