xc167 Schematic question

I have two schematics for the xc167. One is labeled mcb-xc167, the other is mcb167net.

In regards to the flash memory on the mcb-xc167, and I have seen this before, why Is A0 from the uP not attached to the memory and instead A1 from the uP goes to A0 on the memory?
