Problem with ULINK

Hello,

I got a problem with ULINK, as I tried to debug a XC866.
If I select "Use XC800 ULINK" driver and open the settings the Microvision provides me an setup for an ST7ARM.
Under utilities it is not possible to select the ULINK driver for the XC800 family.
It simply not appear.

I did reinstall USB driver without a result.
At least I reinstalled µVision, but I am not able to debug the XC866 with this machine.
ULINK itself works fine for XC866 on a notebook.
Does anybody know, what may went wrong here and how to solve it ?
