How to use CCU6 Module in XC164CS Rev200 Board in Keil Debug

Hi

I am using XC164CS Infineon Boards Rev 200. I configured DIP settings for Boards as mentioned in Keil "Monitor for Infineon XC16Board REV 200". I am unable to use CCU6 Pin because these pin's are used as address bus in Monitor Program.
Please let me know any other configuration to check CCU6 module i/o pins.
