How can i debug multiprocessor system?

    Not necessarily several, two will do. I debugged a system with 48 processors using two ICEs and probably would have saved no more than an hour had I had more emulators.

    Beware, some emulators will not run two on the same PC (till a few months ago you needed two PCs to run two emulators by one of the brands, they eventually overcame that limitation).

    If you are only building a few systems, consider Cygnal, you get something very close to an ICE for about $100 per unit, the chips, however, can easily become too expensive if chip cost is more important than tool cost.
