Is There a 32K Limit for Flash Programming?

Im using an ST10F269 chip and trying to program my application into Flash. Everything was working fine until my compiled application grew past 32k bytes. I can run the application in development mode using the Keil software, but the Flash programmers either generate a memory error, or program an unworkable version of the application. I've tried using the ST10 Flasher program, the FLASHit program from hse, and the Hitex ST10F269 Programmer routine. I must be doing something fundamentally wrong, as I thought there was 256k of internal flash. The Keil compiler does not generate any errors, and the Flash programmers all work fine when the application is below 32k. The problem only appears when I go past 32k. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
