"mon51test" - 0 Error(s), 3 Warning(s). Then I started debug session in spite of the warnings,it show "ERROR 22：NO CODE MEMORY AT 0x8000".And the uVision couldn't connect to Monitor-51.How should I solve this problem.Thank you very much for your advice.

"Then I started debug session in spite of the warnings" Very silly! The warnings are there for your benefit - you need to read & understand them to know whether your code has any chance of running at all!

I use At89S52 and external memory(62256) for my code.
