Problems with C165 Extended Address Range Using C166 compiler

I am trying to use a package with C166 compiler to provide code
for a C165 chip. I am using the maximum number of address lines
to drive various peripheral devices (CAN chip, ADC chips, DAC chips,
EEPROM, clock, etc).

I am experiencing problems which may or may not be to do with how I
have set up the 'Options for target' window on Keil Micro-Vision (or
#pragma commands), and wondered if anyone else out there had done
anything similar successfully, and could therefore let me have a list of
their settings to check against.
