after installing keil Mdk 5.25 on windows 7 problem occurs like keil ide stop working.

I am trying to install latest version keil 5.25 on windows 7 occurs followimg problem:

1) when i open keil ide   then showing this message keil ide stop working 

2) in task manager that error show as a SECSplashWnd.

for above problem I am trying following method:

1) check windows compatibility.

2) check resolution.

3) reinstall keil mdk 5.25.

4) clear registry before install.

please advise me i am too much stuck on this problem...
