I have been using the DDT remote client for a while on a linux cluster with no issues and now I am trying to use MAP on the same program.
With all the same settings, MAP does not find a dynamic library (hdf5) that is in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH. With the same settings, DDT finds the library and has no trouble.
Can anybody suggest what I should do differently between MAP and DDT to get it to work?
In both cases, I set the Options -> Job submission -> Submission template file, with correct LD_LIBRARY_PATH in that file.
Thanks in advance,
I believe this case has been handled with Arm support already, and the fix was to “module load hdf5” in the ~/.allinea/remote-init file.
Yes Tim I think you are right.
