I would like to know if Arm Mali will provide (or already provides) an interface - NN Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) - to the Android Neural Networks API (NN API) - Available on Android API Level 27 (Android 8.1)?

There is no such API available today. We are not able to comment on any potential future product developments, so watch this space for any future announcements if/when they happen.Regards, Pete
