Android - Neural Networks API (NN API)

Hello,

I would like to know if Arm Mali will provide (or already provides) an interface - NN Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) - to the Android Neural Networks API (NN API) - Available on Android API Level 27 (Android 8.1)?
