As per the reference from specification AMBA AHB. HRDATA sampling at negedge (through diagrams in AMBA AHB Spec). But as per behaviour of AHB, every signal will sample posedge. Please give me clarification.

Can you say exactly where you see a reference to sampling HRDATA on the negedge of HCLK ?
The negedge of HCLK is never used in the protocol, all AHB events are posedge related; signals are driven from a posedge and sampled on a posedge of HCLK.
