can't generate RTL using socrates platform

After completing the process of association of nic400's ip bundle and trying to create RTL, the following error occurs.

    Hi James12345,

    I am not an expert of Socrates but as far as I know, SYSSB is an old product so I suggest you upgrade the product.

    FYI, the latest version of Socrates as of today is 1.7.6. If you have a valid license, you should be able to download it from "Support" -> "Downloads" in the top menu, or visit the direct link: https://developer.arm.com/downloads

    The part number might be confidential info so I cannot mention it here as Community is a public place.

    If you don't know the part number or cannot download Socrates, please create a support case through "Support" -> "Arm Support Services" in the top menu, or visit the direct link: developer.arm.com/All Support Services
