Please see the release notes within the supplied download bundle. You require additional licenses features in addition to the tool itself. You should contact your internal license administrator, else contact Arm privately via the Support menu above. This is not something we can support in a public forum.

thanks for the answerI read the release notes in the nic400 ip bundler file, but I can't find the Arm Socrates System Builder User Guide or Builder Installation Guide reference. Do you know where it is?
And to build, the license for socrates system builder must be set up, but the SYSSB-BN-00002 installer file is not visible.
Is this something that needs to be asked privately?
Yes, I recommend you raise an official support case, as your account would need to be set up appropriately to enable you to download.

I am not an expert of Socrates but as far as I know, SYSSB is an old product so I suggest you upgrade the product.
FYI, the latest version of Socrates as of today is 1.7.6. If you have a valid license, you should be able to download it from "Support" -> "Downloads" in the top menu, or visit the direct link: https://developer.arm.com/downloads
The part number might be confidential info so I cannot mention it here as Community is a public place.
